Just wanted to give some advanced notice for some holiday leave over the next couple months!
November 10th to 15th: We will not be in the office and working on orders during these dates. Orders placed on or after today, November 4th, may be delayed due to this. We will get things out as soon as we can!
November 22th to 26th: This is the Thanksgiving holiday in the US, and we will be spending time with our family. Orders will not be worked on or shipped during this time. We may have a Small Business Saturday sale though! ;)
Christmas Shipping Deadlines: Based on expected processing times, plus holiday shipping times, here are the suggested dates to have your orders in by for arrival before Christmas. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates, and we are unable to provide refunds for any that arrive late. We do also offer Gift Cards if you need a last minute gift!
These dates are for shipping to the lower 48 of the US. If you are in Hawaii or Alaska, please allow additional time.
USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver: December 7th
USPS Priority or UPS Ground: December 9th
Holiday Closure: We expect to be open through more of December than usual this year! This year we will be closed from December 20th through January 2nd. Any orders placed during this time frame will not ship out until after January 3rd. The exception to this is Bongo Boxes subscriptions, which we will try to get out as soon as we can regardless of the closure.
Gift Wrapping: If you are sending a gift to another person directly, let me know when you place your order and we will wrap your gift for them! We use a combination of gift bags, tissue paper, handwritten holiday cards, and custom packing tape to make it special right out of the box! This service is provided for free!
